Su Crowley is a singer and song writer from Brisbane who records her music at home on her Mac.
She hopes to be more prolific and finish her music degree when her daughter, Delilah, is a bit older. This could be wishful thinking, as Su is one of the slowest moving beings on the planet.
She would also like to make an album with her partner John Willsteed. Down in the shed. But who wouldn't?

Turn-ons include:
  • Rain, wine, book, bed;
  • Thinking that there might be life & times beyond this crummy dimension;
  • The Bold and the Beautiful - 20 years here we come!
  • Grey skies against green green tropical stuff;
  • Honesty, insight, empathy, intelligence, integrity and of course, kindness;
  • Mr John Depp;
  • Books - good ones;
  • Delightful Delilah;
  • The beach;
  • Rupert Holmes (obviously);
  • Music - lots of things, especially The Smiths
  • My lovely fella

John says:
We met a long time ago when the summers here were hot and steamy. Now they are blinding. We fell in love but stayed apart, then together, then apart . . and on and on. Su made beautiful slow tragic songs with a strange kind of sad joy. A bit like John Cale or Jane Siberry. I made music for odd documentaries on my guitar. Now we live in the suburbs and swing our little Delilah under the mango tree. We write love songs to her now. I play the ukulele in the shade. But soon we shall polish off some old tunes and make some new ones. Break out the guitars. Invite some drummers to the shed. The rest we can do. Life is too fleeting not to try for prolific. Don't you think??
